Join the Orange gut gurus (aka Dr Bianca Newcombe from Bianca’s Kitchen and me! – Dr Josephine Braid) for an interactive workshop on fermenting techniques, the microbiome and inner health.

I’ll be covering the health benefits of fasting, different styles of fasting, who can fast and who should avoid fasting.
We live in a world where we have food available 24/7 but our bodies are designed for gaps between meals. Learn about the benefits of fasting to your brain, blood sugar regulation and microbiome (gut bugs). There will be time for Q&A and each attendee receives a free fermented gift.
